Using the Refinement Bar for any Collection of Rugs:

• Click Any Collection of Rugs.
• On Every Rug page you will see the Refinement bar.
• As you select from the options below, your choices will be narrowed down based on your specified criteria.
• To deselect an option click on the red x ( )
• For example: let's say you are looking for a Large, red, Persian Area Rug priced under $2000.
• Click Large for Size ; Click Red for Color ; Click Price under $1999
• You will now see only the Large Red Rugs under $2000.
• Choose your rug.

Using Keyword Search

In this search enter the Keyword that you're looking for or the SKU# (unique number for each rug). Type your Keyword in the Box on home page. Keywords could be Color, Style and Size.

• Color: Red, Green, Orange, Golden, Blue...
• Style: Persian, Tabriz, Heriz, Gabbeh, Mashad,....
• Size: Large, Medium, Small.....
• The Keyword results will show your choices based on the term you entered.
• Choose your rug from the Collection of Rugs.

Using Advanced Search

Advanced Search can be done in two ways. Simple search and Advanced Search to narrow down your choice of Rug.

Simple Search

• Select one or more options from the 4 drop down boxes provided in Simple search.
• Click on the Find My Rug Button.
• Choose your rug.
• You can call us at 1(877)784-6261 any time to help you find out your Dream Rug.

Advanced Search

Here you have options to refine your search using 8 criteria. You can further refine your search by choosing one or more options in each criteria and narrow down your result to choose your rug.

• Select Search Criteria from some or all of the available options.
• Choose your rug from the Collection of Rugs.
• You can call us at 1(877)784-6261 any time to help you find out your Dream Rug.

Using Live Chat

• Click Live Chat on Top right of Home page.
• A Live Chat Window will pop up.
• Type your name and quesstion.
• Click Submit button.
• One of Rugman's expert Client Services Team Members will answer your questions.
