With growing concerns around coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to let you know that we’ve implemented new measures to keep our employees and clients, as safe and comfortable as possible, while ensuring our orders are efficiently and reliably shipped as per Rugman’s core values.
We have implemented additional precautions to ensure your safety as well as our teams. We have been proactive in ensuring our warehouses are meticulously cleaned and sterilized continuously to protect our employees and clients. We are also pleased to let you know that there have been no interruptions to our supply chain and most orders are shipping on schedule. Deliveries from our Canadian warehouse may be delayed 2-3 days, but otherwise running as usual. You can still place an order anytime and rest assured that you’ll receive your rug in a timely manner at the comfort of your home.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and to follow the best practices outlined by health experts, which include frequent hand washing and meticulous cleaning of frequently touched surfaces as the most important measures of prevention.
