Persian Area Rugs
Rugs must be returned within 180 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent. Additional conditions apply to items covered by a payment plan (see below).
All Continental Area Rugs, Except Persian Area Rugs
Continental Area Rugs must be returned within 30 days of delivery and a 20% re-stocking fee is applicable.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original packaging or equivalent. Additional conditions apply to items covered by a payment plan (see below).
Rug Care Items & Rug Accessories
Rug care items (eg. rug pads and cleaning solutions) and rug accessories must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Additional conditions apply to items purchased under a payment plan.
3 or More Returns in a Year:
Starting April 1st 2007, Rugman.com customers will be entitled to three (3) returns each calendar year for full credit – less the return shipping costs. For any additional rugs (after three) being returned in that calendar year, a returned goods charge will apply on a per rug basis:

These returned goods costs are on a per rug basis.
- Return shipping costs via Federal Express
- Warehouse inspection of the returned Rugman
- Re-stocking the rug in warehouse and making it available for sale once more by re-packaging
- Adding the rug to our up-to-date Rugman website.
For Purposes on this policy, calendar year 2007 will start on April 1st and continue to December 31st.

Please email ( support@rugman.com) or call us (1-877-784-6261) before you ship any items back to us. We will give you specific instructions about how to return your items. Please note that clients are responsible for return shipping.*International customers are responsible for return shipping cost including duty and custom.
Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and use tape to secure it.
Please note that we inspect the items upon arrival and items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees.
