US ORDERS
For our US customers, free shipping is available for all states except for the following: There will be delivery costs when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & the US Virgin Islands.

CANADIAN ORDERS
Rugman.com will take care of all duties and customs charges for all Rugman.com orders shipped to Canadian addresses. Canadian residents will be required to pay GST. Residents of Ontario will also be required to pay PST.

Please note: Free Shipping in Canada is not available on Clearance items, additional shipping fees will apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For our International customers please be aware that any shipping,customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the International resident.

RUGMAN.COM SIGNATURE REQUIRED POLICY(Optional)
To protect you from the theft or misdirection of your shipment, you may request that a signature be obtained upon delivery of any Rugman.com rug. This service will cost US $5 per rug, added to your final shipping charge.

If delivering to your home is inconvenient, you may opt to redirect the package to your work address in care of yourself, so that a signature can be acquired. If you choose to have your rug shipment sent to your place of business, please make sure to complete the Company Name field while checking out.

Free shipping is defined as Fedex Regular Shipping. For any other options, extra charges will apply. We regret that we are unable to ship to APO and PO Box addresses. Some conditions apply.

3 Easy Payments Plan

Rugman.com is introducing an easy payment plan to make your purchase experience even more convenient and affordable.

It is easy, just select the easy payment plan when you check out and your cost of purchase will be spread out over three convenient payments. This easy payment plan is available for all purchases of $1,000 or more. There are no finance fees involved. This payment plan is only available to continental US customers only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All purchases of $1,000 or above qualify for the easy payment plan (qualifying amount is calculated before shipping & tax but after any applicable discounts).

All products promoted at Rugman.com are eligible, excluding gift certificates.

Items for which availability cannot be confirmed at the time of your order will count towards the $1,000 purchase minimum even if they subsequently are found unavailable for shipment.

Every shipment will create its own payment plan. Thus, items that are available for immediate shipment will create one (1) payment plan. Items that are not available for immediate shipment will, if availability is subsequently confirmed, create item-specific payment plans. (Items not immediately available for shipment are flagged as such on their individual product pages.)

At the time of shipping, we will bill your credit card for the shipment’s first monthly payment (plus the total taxes and shipping costs, if any). The balance will then be billed automatically to your credit card starting on the same day one month from the initial payment and the final payment will be two months from the initial billing date. A credit card must be used to pay for all billing amounts. Easy Pay purchases cannot be paid in part by means of a gift certificate.

In the unlikely event that your purchased items are returned, a Payment Plan Adjustment Fee, in the amount of 10% of the item price (max $100 per item), will be applied to the applicable payment plan. For some items, there may also be a restocking fee. If Rugman.com owes you funds, the net balance will be refunded to you immediately. If you owe Rugman.com funds, the net balance will be spread out over the remaining payments and billed to your credit card. See our Return Policy for more information.

Within the context of the easy payment plan, the returns process described above also applies to cancellations.

Easy payment orders will be pending credit approval. Customer Support may contact you if additional information is required.

All items invoiced under the easy payment plan remain the property of Rugman.com until paid in full. Rugman.com reserves the right to appear on your premises and take possession of said merchandise without prior consent or notice in the event of non-compliance with the easy payment plan terms and conditions.
