Rugman.com uses FedEx as its primary source of transport. Rugman.com customers may choose from Basic Ground shipping, Express Ground shipping, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air shipments. Please note that only those orders shipped via Basic Ground shipping, qualify for free shipping within the contiguous US & Canada.
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped via FedEx Regular Shipping option to addresses within the contiguous US and Canada. There will be delivery costs when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & the US Virgin Islands.
For all other shipping options, additional charges may apply. Canadian residents are required to pay GST. Canadian residents living within the province of Ontario are also required to pay PST.
For our International customers, apart from Canadian customers, please be aware that any shipping, customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the International resident. Free Shipping for International orders (except Canada) is not available.
For upgrades to the FedEx Basic Ground shipping option, select the shipping option desired during the checkout process. Keep in mind that each rug has specific shipping costs calculated automatically at time of checkout. We regret that we are unable to ship our products to APO or PO Box addresses.
For those orders shipped via FedEx' Basic Ground to residences within the continental US and Canada, you may generally expect your delivery to arrive within a few days of order processing. Custom order rugs also ship within a few days; however, these orders take 3-5 days to process before they are shipped out.
Do I need to be at home to accept my delivery when it arrives?
We realize that you may not necessarily be home when your delivery arrives. While we strongly recommend you are present to accept your delivery in person, it is not mandatory. Don’t need to worry - if you’re unavailable at time of delivery, FedEx will leave the rug in a safe place until you arrive home.
Can I track my order while in shipment? How?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Rugman.com. Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you again with the necessary shipping/tracking information. You may use that information to login at the FedEx website to track your shipment by confirmation number.
Alternatively, you may login at Rugman.com to check the status of your order.
From the homepage of the site, select My Account at the top of any page and enter your email address and password. A selection of options will be presented, check “My order History” to track your order.
How will I be contacted if I don’t have an email address?
You do not need an email address to order a rug from us. Once your order is placed online or via phone, you will receive a phone call from our Customer Care department with details regarding your order details, the free shipping we offer, and any other questions you may have.
