Redeeming your gift certificate is easy at Rugman.com
You may redeem your gift certificate on our website or by phone.
To redeem through the website:
- Select the rug or rugs of your choice and put them into your shopping cart.
- Begin the checkout process. Enter your gift certificate code when prompted.
- If necessary, you can choose any of our payment methods to pay for your balance owing.
- Any balance remaining will be credited to your account.
- Complete the check out process as normal.
To redeem over the phone:
- Please contact us at 1-877-RUGMAN-1 to speak with a representative.
- Have your gift certificate code ready to be quoted.
