"ForceField" fabric cleaner is safe to use on any wool product whether it be a wool rug or a wool sweater. This product is designed to clean water-based stains as well as difficult stains like ketchup, juice, wine, chilly, and oil. It cleans protected and non-protected fabrics without any damage or discoloration when used properly. Recommended use: Always apply a small amount of fabric cleaner to a test area first. Then proceed to the affected area after you see that the material does not bleed. Dilute cleaner as per package instructions and then spray or apply directly to rug; gently blot the soiled area from the outside-in to ensure that the stain does not become any bigger.
